"The secretary is terrible. No professionalism at all. When i called to make an appointment the first time i called the phone was picked up than hanged up, so i called again and the secretary started shouting saying you should know we don't pick up the phone after 5 so call tomorrow if you like and proceeded to hang up. What i don’t understand is why they have the phone line open if they don’t want to speak to anyone or answer the phone. Cabrera needs to hire professional people cause if not he will be losing all his clients due to the rudeness of his employees."

"Please don’t waste your time. They take forever to give you an appointment and besides the attorney is super unorganized. Every time he goes to court the Judge be calling his attention as he is not prepared. Hot mess! That’s embarrassing! Yes, he charges less money to do the case but It’s not worth it. I rather pay another attorney that can inform me or follow up with me regarding my case but his employees are the worst. They’re super rude and they never answer the phone."

"The lawyers is GREAT! NICE & HELPFUL! But, the secretaries at the front desk are rude. They don't open the door during businesses hours & they close the blinds in your face when your trying to communicate with them about something so simple as to just pick up a certified letter. If the secretaties would pick up there phone and answer it, they would know there are easy cases and fast ones[in & out] to deal with.They don't want to give you the time of day. Not everyone that goes there is for immigrations. The secretaries treat the people outside, as if there dogs. I don't care where you're from or what you do. We're all human ,we bleed the same & needed to be treated with respect. If the office is busy & can't serve anymore people, place a sign on the door stating that you're FULL ,to try again later."

"Terrible!! There is no excuse why you can't open the door or answer the phone! If the lawyer is too busy or overwhelmed,it's the secretaries duties to answer phones,take down names and phone numbers and leave messages for the lawyer. When hours are opened for business ,it's the secretaries responsibility to open the door to customers and explain the wait and offer to take down name and number for lawyer to call back or offer them to come at another time due too volume. Extremely unprofessional. No excuses. It doesn't hurt to communicate with people ."
