"We used Joe Coiro for the closing on our house. Since it is a statutory requirement in NJ to use an attorney for closings, our experience with Joe seemed to be typical. We were happy just to have a responsive, personable and experienced attorney since it was our first time buying a home. Then on the day of our closing, we realized how fortunate we were to have Joe and his staff on our side. There was a major miscommunication with the sellers on an issue and wow did Joe display his major attorney skills. He became a super advocate for us and would not relent until we got what we as the buyers were promised. Apparently closings are only usually 2 hours max and ours wound up over 4 hours!
