"I have call MULTIPLE times to this office and Ricardo's cell phone. Not once I have received a call back. I spoke to the secretary before as well and as per her he was going to return my call but never did. I hired this lawyer for a case of mine. He never explained to me about surcharge or anything. Once he got paid he was out. Do yourself a favor, call a different lawyer which will AT LEAST return your calls."

"Save your money and hire someone more competent, especially in a case with potentially significant consequences. Throughout the period he was assigned to me, I didn't speak to Mr. Del Rio directly a single time. All my attempts to contact him via the office were unsuccessful and although I was repeatedly told that he would get back to me, he never did. Not once. Even once I got his cell number. He never even picked up the discovery for my case which caused issues my new attorney spent valuable time rectifying. He didn't seem to care at all. He did nothing for me. Don't waste your time and money."
