"Horrible attorney! He processed paper work on my ex’s behalf. I have to order transcripts on documents that do not coincide with the agreed upon divorce agreement. He refuses to rectify the situation with my previous attorney and avoids my new attorney. We allowed his client time and understanding for his absence due to health reasons. He is aware of the issue and refuses to make right what he did wrong. Leaving me liable to pay thousands and fees to fix the document he processed as the plaintiffs counsel. With his refusal I rather go to trail and have him subpoenaed by the Supreme Court justice. He should take the necessary steps to remedy issues he has faulted. His failure to respond and avoidance should be a reasons you stay clear of this attorney and his firm. He has people in office that should over see errors as-well and ensure that he communicates within a timely matter. If you have him as your opposing counsel keep him on a tight leash. Check everything he is in charge of doing and seek every cent you’re entitled to in his error. I will be posting on all platforms available. "Do not go to this lawyer. He and his staff are liars and will give you the run around. I retained him for a simple divorce case since 2018 or so, and till now the divorce is pending. Mr. Terc emailed me back in February of 2021 to complete my balance and sign some documents. I emailed him stating that I would compete the balance but wanted him to provide a divorce decree and he went MIA. After calling the office several times they would not let me speak to Mr. Terc, always citing that he was busy. Fast forward to June 2021 no reply came from Mr. Terc or his staff. After talking to another attorney it was found that my divorce had not been finalized. Multiple emails were sent to Mr. Terc in order to retrieve my file but Mr. Terc lied and said I not contacted them since their last email. Screenshots were sent to prove that I had emailed them a few times. But he still has not given my file or finalized my divorce. He and his staff will lie to you and do not treat you with respect. Horrible service."
