"Just as many other people this “firm” sent me a settlement check from T-Mobile and said they would resend it because it was never received. Not sure why since I picked the electronic payment method. No phone calls or emails were returned. I’m assuming we all filled out the application and he pocketed our money. Sounds like we all have another class action lawsuit on our hands"

"I have left several messages and emails as they had mis placed peoples check, then not me! They did inform me of this and stated they would that they resend the checks that they misplaced rt away. This was almost 3 months ago I have not heard from anybody I have left messages upon messages. I am at my wits end when it comes to them. It would just be nice if I had some type of time frame or some type of notification saying that you’re working I understand the delays happen however, at this time they had more than enough time to fix their mistake and This is unacceptable and unfortunately I’m thinking I may have to take it to courts Over a measly few hundred dollars!"
