"My appointment was at 2 they told me to arrive 1 hour earlier had me waiting for 2 hours and I asked about when my turn was and the lawyer wasn’t even on the office lady in front desk didn’t even hesitate to call the lawyer but ofc money first and then they screw you over how can someone trust them to manage their legal issues when they can’t even manage their own schedule DO NOT COME HERE I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"If I could give them zero stars I would. It took them a year and a half to refund me my money. People who are answering phone calls in the front desk have no answering etiquette. The firm in whole is not helpful and will keep you waiting for an answer for weeks or even months. Never spoke to the lawyer throughout the whole process always was transferred to somebody else. Was told it was going to take a month for my refund to process, ended up taking a year and a half. Save yourself the trip and visit other lawyers around the area you can find much better! Just read the comments it says it all! How they have 3.3 stars is beyond me."

"I made an appointment for 1 o’clock. Arrived at 12:45 filled in the papers and they tell me that it first come first serve and I have 4 people in front of me waiting and my waiting time should be around 2 hours. What is it? A restaurant???? How unorganized and unprofessional a lawyer can be to not be able to organize even he’s schedule. I’m shocked how someone can trust them to do any legal services if they are that poor on organization of their own schedule"

"first they ask for US$3000 just ti fill out the papers, but the bad services is delaying the sending of your papers to the immigration center. i do not know was going on but it looks like nobody is taking care of the custumer rights."
