"I had the pleasure of working with Alberto over the course of five months for a cross-complaint simple assault matter and a cross-complaint TRO matter. I contacted Alberto after I was arrested on simple assault charges after I did a search of criminal defense attorneys in my neighborhood of West New York, NJ. In the end, my ex-boyfriend and I decided to mutually drop the TROs. We were due to appear in court on Monday, January 29th, 2024. Alberto and my ex-boyfriend’s attorney went back and forth the week of January 22nd, 2024, and we all came to an agreement on January 25th, 2024. All parties worked together to get in 2 required forms signed and dated to the Law Clerk and a phone call with a DV Advocate. We were granted a virtual meeting on Friday January 26th at 12pm ET for Dismissal. Alberto went above and beyond for me during this trying time.
