"The spa itself was nice and clean. However, I really didn’t get the tour I was supposed to and I had to keep asking questions because I didn’t know where anything was. I had a maternity massage and my therapist was amazing, my husband had the Swedish and he enjoyed it. The amenities aren’t as good as I thought, in a way old school. I’m currently pregnant so I couldn’t use any of them tho my therapist told me I could use the “infinity” pool which isn’t an infinity pool. I’ve been to better spas. The reason I gave this place a three is because they charge you for a service fee which was not on the original bill when I booked it online and the massage taxes. Like I mentioned before I’ve been to different spas and never have I ever had to pay for that. I asked the receptionist what the service fee was for….they said it was to pay for the therapist and the facilities, which should not be under the patrons a multi billion dollar company charges a service and charges you to pay for the employee giving you the service, that alone was 100$ extra. The receptionist was young guy who could care less and there was another person who kept putting her opinion in the conversation I was having that did not include her. I would come back but after having service fee on top of the service I would think twice."

"I took my sister here 11/25/23 as a birthday treat. I cannot say enough good things about this place! Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN and very relaxing. My sister said her massage was the best she ever had. I loved the sauna. You can use the facilities the whole day when you book a service. Looking forward to coming back next time I can splurge!"

"Well worth it. I made reservations for a Deep Tissue massage and gained access to the spa for the rest of the day to come at any time. The massage was amazing. I felt so relaxed afterwards. The spa itself had toiletries, showers, two nice sized saunas in the ladies areas and co Ed baths. The staff were warm and friendly. I highly recommend having a morning massage and enjoying the day at the spa at your leisure."

"I recently visited The Rock in Atlantic City for my sister's birthday, and I must say, I was impressed with the amenities this spa offers. The hot tub and wet and dry sauna were fantastic, and the entire facility was exceptionally clean. The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit. However, I have to admit that I didn't quite enjoy my massage as much as I had hoped. It was a bit of a disappointment. Interestingly, while waiting in the lobby, we struck up a conversation with another guest who was there to celebrate a special occasion as well. To our surprise, he felt the same way - we all loved the amenities and the spa's ambiance but didn't quite connect with our massages. Despite this, our overall experience at The Rock was pleasant, and we truly appreciated the efforts of the attentive staff and the top-notch facilities. It made my sister's birthday celebration memorable, even if the massages didn't fully meet our expectations."

"Really nice experience to get a break from the casino floor. The coed pool and spa were nice to hang out with my husband after a good massage. Only negative was we did a Head in the Clouds upgrade and it was underwhelming and not worth it."
