"One of the worst people I have ever had to deal with. Not just the worst lawyer, but the worst representative for any situation. My mother's landlord is notoriously known for harassing the tenants and creating unlivable conditions so that tenants leave and he can raise rents. We provided Hikmat with a ton of evidence and even text messages from the landlord showing that he was threating my mother with an unjust eviction. We were on the cusp of signing a new lease and we had issues with the way the lease was written as it didn't match our verbal agreements. This was all noted to Hikmat and instead of following through to discuss with the landlord's attorney's, he told us "just sign it". After multiple emails asking Hikmat for updates on the lease, he told us to, "call them and figure it out" as if we're the lawyers, not him. After everything, in court, his only argument was, "She will have nowhere to go if evicted." .. Nice one, Hikmat. My high school students would have been able to come up with a better defense. For the sake of yourself, your family, or friends, please never hire this guy. He is the absolute worst. An extremely weak lawyer, and even weaker individual who cannot follow through with anything even if handed on a silver plate. This guy is an absolute joke and is clearly just preying on his own clients. I wouldn't put it past him if he colluded with the other side to throw this case because that's just how it felt the entire way. Absolute worst lawyer you could ever hire."

"This person took a case and accepted money to throw the case off in court, so the other person would win. It's started as a landlord tenant, turn out to be a train reck. I work in the court and this attorney was asked, where did he get the false police report and his answer was I don't know. Then he stated the lady he was suppose to be representing gave it to him. Why would she set her own self up to lose. This woman was being stalked and harassed while living in this apartment. He took her money and didn't help her. She brought him to the Essex county court, to try and get back the money she paid him, the judges are corrupt. It was a female judge, and I'm sure she was paid to make the announcement she didn't want to hear about any stalking or harassment. You think with everything happening in the crazy world, she would have been concerned. This attorney Hazmat, had the nerve when this lady that hired him, said she was homeless because of this. And was hoping to get back the money to get back on her feet, This man had the audacity to tell her he could help her with that. So help me understand, he was paid to sabotage her case with a false police report so she would lose and the Cranbury police wouldn't be found out for not helping this African American women when she went for help. But Hakmat is going to help her with a place to stay. This attorney deserves 0 stars"
