"Id give a big fat ZERO if i could but you have to click atleast 1 star to make a review. I dont usually leave reviews, but this one is a must! DO NOT ORDER!!!! Customer service is a joke, nothing but excuses as to why you didn't receive your items. Be careful as they don't inform you of items that are on back order until AFTER order is placed and you find out when it didn't come in! They don't like to let you speak to any form of management, and when you do, they are also not helpful, full of excuses, and you have to fight for your money back by opening a claim. Will NEVER order fromthis scam of a so-called company again."
"I received an email that my order had shipped so I opened the email to find a tracking number. I clicked the tracking number to find there was no data for that number. I then emailed TEquipment asked about the number and my order and was told the number was not active yet to give it time. SO, I waited and tried again the next day. The order had not shipped as the email implied, a shipping label was created. So I waited until the next day and still the tracking number went to label created. I contacted TEquipment and asked when my order wold ship, the response was they did not know. Odd, I plced an order with TEquipment but they do no tknow when the order will ship. I responded with cancel my order and provide a full refund. After waiting 16 hours I was told "Once the order leaves our warehouse and the carrier takes it, we have no control over it, as we are just the distributor." while that ma be a fact, TEquipment knows when thier customers are going to receive thier order. I ship too and I know when the packages I ship are scheduled for delivery. Its important to me, but TEquipment. I returned the product due to issues with the product and I did not receive a full refund. There are better places to purchase tools and equipment, places that are concerned with customer service, plces that want my/your business. Go there, usless you like paying for something and having no idea when you will get it."
"Their site showed a hot air station in stock, so I ordered with some flux and assumed they could ship something in stock in a day or two. I later received the flux, but the order status said that the tool would not be shipped until about 9 days after I ordered it, meaning they never actually had it in stock in the first place. 13 days after the order I emailed them and was told that the tool had finally arrived and they would prepare it to ship, which should happen hopefully "sometime this week". This told me that they probably still didn't actually have the tool since they still didn't know when they'd be able to ship it, so I cancelled the order, which they refused. They charged me immediately upon getting the order instead of charging when they ship, and since they have refused to cancel the order I'm having to ask the credit card company to refund the sale. They seem to be located in offices in a small building they share with a distillery. I suspect they don't have a warehouse and do business by ordering from China for resale whenever they get an order. But whatever their problem is, don't order anything from them unless you have a few weeks to wait."
"Amazing experience. Called on a Friday and found out they did not stock the exact enclosures I needed (20 pieces). Their customer service rep called the factory and arranged for drop shipment of the enclosures on Monday that delivered to us on Wednesday. We were able to modify to print and deliver to our customer by the end of that week. Fantastic service and very fair price and shipping charges. Highly recommended!!!"
"This is the first review I have taken the time to express. Buyer beware. This company lacks integrity. I bought a Takeuchi TL10 from them for $37K. I had several in depth conversations with the salesman regarding the shape the machine was in and the maintenance that had been completed when they received the machine in for a trade. I bought the machine site unseen because I live 1000 miles away. So I went by the integrity of the company. Lesson learned. They had promised me the machine had been thoroughly gone over and all fluids and filters replaced. None of which was true. Not only were they not replaced but the outer air filter was missing with an inner filter date of 2/06/14 (picture attached). The upper radiator hose had a leak. There were several other issues that also indicated that the unit was not looked over what so ever. From one business owner to another "take a some pride in the product you sell". Great businesses are built on integrity."
