Shop Chimney acknowledged their error, and even gave me the incorrect product at no charge which matched fairly closely the product that I wanted in the first place. This saved me the inconvenience of having to return the item...always a hassle. The point is, they treated me fairly under disappointing circumstances, and therefore I can vouch for their honesty as a vendor. I would certainly use them again in the future."

I will contacting my bank to reverse charges as well as filing formal complaint with Dept of Consumer Protection. Terrible company. Thinking of using them? Don't do it! You'll regret it. I ordered on 11/29/22 it is now 12/13/22 and I still haven’t received my order. Company is in NJ and I’m in PA. For the love of god were both on the east coast! I Never received confirmation that they received my order. I had to email them and they said my order will ship in approximately in 12 business days. I get things from china faster then that. I see no where on their website saying that."

"I ordered “In Stock” fire pit logs on their website. 8 days later I still hadn’t received any shipment notice, just had “charge pending” on my credit card. I left several VMs and and an email, no return message. 2 days later I finally reached a live person who said item was out of stock. I then received an email falsely stating “Order Declined,” as if there was a problem (possibly on my end) placing the order, rather than the item “Out of Stock.” Wondering how much longer I would have waited to received the news the item was Out of Stock if I hadn’t reached out."
