"I dealt with Chino and he seemed to be a nice guy, but unfortunately he turned out to be a very dishonest person. I had a dent where my rear bumper meets the quarter panel so I stopped by this shop. I spoke with chino and he looked at it then found the color code for my paint. He gave me an estimate and said the reason it was going to cost that much was because he'd have to repaint both the bumper and the panel, and that he was going to use original paint that he had to buy from BMW. I had no problem with that and figured that since he was going to paint both parts completely, he'd get rid of a few smaller dings along the panel. I went to pick up the car 2 days later and immediately saw that not only did he very obviously not use original paint, he also didn't paint both parts. He blended the cheap paint with my original. The little dings on the panel were still there exactly as they were before, and all he did was try to color match the paint and blend it in. And didn't even do a good job at that. He lied to my face, no other way to put it. He even gave me a whole shtick about how it's a 3 tone paint that doesn't come cheap and he has to buy 2 pints of it directly from BMW. A whole bunch of BS. I paid for one service, and received another much inferior one with very cheap paint. I hate to trash the reputation of a small family run business, but this one deserves it. Had he just done a job that wasn't up to par and not deceived me and so blatantly ripped me off, I wouldn't have left a bad review. But I cannot tolerate DISHONEST business dealings, and feel that I have a responsibility to let others know so they don't get ripped off like I did. STAY AWAY from these people."
