"I absolutely love this place . I have been camping here for over 20 years. The staff is outstanding and dog friendly. You cannot not find a better location. There is a lot to explore in this area of the Pine barrens ."

"We had an issue with our RV, we called as we were on the road to let them know we were behind. The receptionist told us he would be in until late, but when he left he chose to not let our late check in in the box. We ended up stuck at the gate for a long time until a nice maintenance worker by the name of Guy came and helped us out. Next morning we had to get attitude from the front desk for waking the maintenance guy up, she said “you wouldn’t like me to wake you up in the middle of the night, you have to be careful!”. Bath house was very dirty."

"Very peaceful campground with an excellent staff. Maintenance keeps place very clean. Guy and Sal go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. Great pool, too. Make sure you bring bug spray! Mosquitoes are pretty bad."

"Enjoyed my first overnight full hookup stay with my Class B RV here at Chestnut Lakes. Chestnut Lakes is family oriented so be mindful of your speed when driving around. Staff very helpful. Location not too tight. Watch out for the bugs though. Come prepared! Will definitely come again!"

"I love this campground. There is a lot to do for n the grounds itself and in the surrounding area. The pool is a big hit with kids and it’s really well maintained. There is a pond that’s stocked with fish if that’s your thing. There are events for kids and families all the time, and I know candy bar bingo was a hit for our family. The staff is very caring and seems to know everyone on site. I’m definitely coming back with my family."
