"Horrible. The receptionist was her cell phone the entire time. Very nasty attitude and not helpful at all. I’m assuming the shop owner came from the shop sat down behind the receptionist area to now chitchat on the same as the receptionist which sounds like their daughter. Now mind you I’m waiting to have my information processed and the women is yelling into the phone while the shop owner is holding it and having his own conversation with the person on the phone. They had the speaker phone on and playing around with the person on the end, just unprofessional."
