"Interesting customer service. I ordered a wok from the website and the wok was supposed to have a flat bottom so that it can be used on a flat cooktop. However, I found out the wok I ordered did not have a flat bottom and requested a return. First of all, the customer service simply assumed that I speak/write Chinese and responded to me in Chinese, even though my initial email was in English. Second, for such a simple case, the customer service asked me to take photo(s) and/or video(s) to prove that the product has the issue I specified. I found my experience quite extraordinary."
