"This was the best Hot Topic store I have ever been in. The cashier was so sweet, I wish I caught her name. She assisted me in getting a coupon code to work for an in-store purchase even though the code I was given online wasn't working in her system. I told her it was okay that it didn't work, but she made it happen for me anyway! Lovely people. Proof that if you treat retail workers with respect, they'll do the same for you!"

"I found an item that someone tried to steal so I brought it to the counter and the manager made me feel like I stole it. Why would I bring it up to them if I was stealing it? She was insanely rude and not just to me. A guy was looking at a shirt to see if it would fit and she said "we are not going to be doing this today"... To a costumer?! I've never seen anyone so rude. Even the employees were uncomfortable. No one working there looked happy and my guess is because of her. After she accused me of stealing her employees tried backing me up. I've never been treated so horribly. Over a ring? If I wanted it I would have bought it."
