"I had my car serviced by Woodbridge Auto Body due to a minor collision from someone rear ending my car. Everyone that I had an encounter with was pleasant and thoroughly explained the details of the process for repair and answered any questions that I had. After my car was ready for pickup, there was a minor incident that happened before I retrieved my car. The manager, Dmitriy, reached out to inform me of what happened. While I was a little frustrated about the situation, Dmitriy assured me that he would take care of it immediately. I truly appreciate his integrity in communicating with me about the damage because it was so minor that I may not have noticed it without notification. Or at least not right away. That says a lot about this company and their morals. I highly recommend Woodbridge Auto Body if you're looking for a trusted location that is thorough, does excellent work, and communicates well. "Highly recommend this place! After doing a flawless repair job for an insurance claim, I went back for an unrelated issue. Dimitri offered me a few options that he felt would work for me. As a woman, I’m always skeptical when it comes to repair shops but he was upfront and honest…even letting me test out one option the same day! I couldn’t be more pleased! Hard to find many people these days that actually do what they say they will and have integrity! Although I hope I won’t need body work in the future… I know where I’m heading if I do!"
