"!!!!!!!DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!! —-For any reason at all!! Total disaster—— Paul Califf was not only the attorney but the executor of a will. (I was a beneficiary )Paul’s client died January 2019. Since that time this estate has NOT been settled! Any movement made on this estate was initiated by me! He never filed taxes I had to threaten to sue him and get him an accountant to file the estate tax! I paid my inheritance tax and to date have not received a response nor word on my tax waiver. Since he is the executor I can not get information as to the status of the estate from the IRS ! Who knows how much this estate owes in back taxes and penalties? The clients headstone took 2 years to be installed because of non payment to the monument company! He lied about that and stalled the process! I had to hire a lawyer to oversee and push this estate to closure Paul has done nothing !!!! I have filed a formal Complaint with the “ATTORNEY ETHICS BOARD “! I will pursue all avenues to get this attorney to be removed and held accountable for any unethical actions due to his incompetence and or lack of due diligence. If you have this problem too please file a complaint with the attorney ethics board in Trenton! He can not continue to do this to people. He is a thief a lier and not a very good friend of the deceased!"
