"It was my first accident and hoping it’s the only one in my life. I was so nervous and frustrated. I looked up different collision auto shop, and decided to go with Northeast Collision. I was very uncertain of what to do and what are the next steps. Leah was being very patient and explained it all in detail to me. I was very uncertain and didn’t know how long was the process between the shop and insurance and towing. So I started being very questioning. I called, emailed about once or twice every week. BUT Leah, Andrew and Frank. They ALL being very supportive, patient and helpful and explained to me what’s going on. Never show any temper. When it’s time to pick up my car. My car was cleaned with an air refresher hanged. They even fixed my dash cam wires and made it nice and neat that you couldn’t see it at all. ( which I did a horrible job myself). They also put a lottery ticket in the car to thank you for business. For every little details you can tell they are awesome. I really appreciate what they do. Couldn’t thank you more."

"Called them to get an estimate on a minor damage to my Acura MDX. Drive there to get an estimate, very reasonable price, we set up time for the repair. Dropped the car and picked it up a few hours later. Perfect work, in addition they left me a lottery card, a note and a placed a car deodorizer on the mirror. Will definitely go again if needed.
