"just had lunch here. I'm not sure if the dinner crowd is busier, but when I arrived at 12:30 PM, the place was quite empty. In fact, it was so quiet that I initially thought they might not be open. Throughout my entire visit, from the moment I sat down to when I left, there were only two staff and just two tables of diners, including myself. Additionally, despite the fact that the waitstaff had very little to do, they still managed to forget to bring some items that customers needed in the first few minutes. Overall, the environment is fine because there were hardly any other customers, making it a peaceful and quiet environment for leisurely dining and conversation with friends. However, as a hotpot restaurant, there were no individual exhaust fans above each table. Sitting in front of a hotpot for an hour can make you feel a bit warm. Regarding the food, not sure if it's because of the lunch menu. But the salad bar that I've seen in other reviews, and those self-service meatballs are not available. I ordered the unlimited US Wagyu beef premium pork set. Among the appetizers, I particularly liked the 'gold menchi,' which had well-balanced seasoning and sweetness, and the meat filling had a great texture. The beef slices, however, were quite limited in quantity, with just two slices on one plate. While their tenderness did not match their appearance. As for the pork belly, it was rather disappointing as it had too much fatty meat, which wasn't suitable for hotpot. Additionally, the hotpot was filled with a variety of vegetables typically used for making the broth, but because it was loaded with these assorted vegetables, there wasn't much space for other food items. Consequently, I ended up having to consume these less appetizing vegetables."

"We loved the Pork Sukiyaki!! The tea was kept hot by candle teapot holder! The view was incredible of the Hudson River! Help yourself ice cream with lots of nice toppings! It was a very nice evening! Our Servers were very nice and helpful!! An absolute delight!!"

"I really liked this place, the food was really good, the views are amazing and the service was really fantastic. Good portions but I wish there was a little more meat and more dipping sauces. The ice cream was a nice touch to end with."

"Came here with friends and it was a lovely experience. The service was nice, and the waitress ensured you understood how to handle your hot pot with gentle instruction. They checked on you throughout your meal. Every interaction was paired with a smile which made a nervous, first timer comfortable. The atmosphere was so calming and clean. The view of the Hudson was remarkable. Can’t forget the free, unlimited ice-cream which is light and not too sweet. There were many topping options available. It isn’t overly priced, and I think this would be a great spot for friends, family or dates."

"Great spot to grab some drinks in the cafe downstairs or you can head upstairs for a good Japanese meal. Lots of options and the ones we tried were all great - creamy mushroom pasta, mentaiko pasta, sukiyaki, menchi katsu, Karaage. We'll be coming back here to try the other dishes. ごちそうさまでした"
