"The staff are college aged kids with an attitude who use working there as an excuse to climb for free. The cost is also super high. I was climbing on the auto-belay while I overheard the staff making comments to each other about how they'd never use the auto-belay which is pretty insulting. Unprofessional. There's also only maybe 5 or 6 routes with auto-belay out of the 60+ so going there solo gets boring quickly."
