"I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended. The company that was responsible for the repair suggested that I go to Mitchell's to get them to do the work as they are the best in the industry and this company uses them for their fleet. The staff at Mitchell's received me and took record of the damage explained possible delays in shipping due to strike at the time, and contacted me once it was time to come in. They had the resources to arrange a rental in the meantime as well. These days bumpers are electronic so they made sure that everything looked great and working properly before returning it to me looking like new (even cleaned my mats) They also returned to me a missing credit card (i probably dropped it when getting gas one day) which is a very vulnerable position to be in, but they made sure to hand it to me and there were no unauthorized charges on it as well. They were highly recommended to me and after my experience I would highly recommend them to anyone. I attached my before and after photos."
