"Tried to fix my Tiguan several times and managed to cause a catastroffic oil leak that broke my timing kit.... also, everytime I picked it up the car it had a couple new scratches!! .... to reply to your comment: it didn't burn the oil, both front and rear seals were misplaced. The engine light never went away and you recomend us to use premium for 2 months to fix it (which does nothing because it's you who doesn't know about cars) I had to learn about engines now so I thank you actualy.... You sent a video of the exhaust supposedly being full of oil, that's when I knew you were lying or hadn't a clue about what you were doing... the correct diagnosis was excessive carbon. With the wrong seals and leakage I ended up breaking the timing kit. I had to repair the whole thing and end up losing $6000"

Originally they had thought I would need to replace the whole radiator, but when they found the root of the problem, they realized it would cost less and charged me a way cheaper price to fix the smaller issue.
