"As for being in a airport, this restaurant/bar is a great place to eat while you are waiting to board your flight. They have great sushi and ramen! Some people in my party ate the Pork Tonkotsu Sushi and drank the Espresso Martini drink. They were both tasty and no issues with the dishes. I would recommend to come to Kaedama to eat some great, delicious ramen and sushi before your flight."
"I probably should read reviews before I choose this place… the average is rating is two stars and they are right. The broth is not broth, but just a soup from some paste. Noodle texture tastes dull and not fresh. There is not true Ramen experience but a combination of some noodle, soup, green onion and pork. And we waited for 20 mins…. Go eat somewhere else."
"Ordered the Pork Shoyu Ramen. The bowl came out pretty quickly (10-15 mins) and the actual dish was OK. Not terrible but nothing memorable either. The broth to noodle/pork ratio is way off with way too much broth and not enough noodles/pork. To make things worse, they originally only had this tiny spoon for the broth. Finally, one of the staff members was able to find a proper ramen spoon so I could actually finish the soup. According to the staff, there are only 3 ramen spoons left so it's a game of musical spoons until management approves purchasing new ones. The staff were friendly overall, just working with the constraint of inept management."
"Possibly the worst airport bar I've ever been in. Pretty sure the sushi came from the self serve kiosk, just double the price. Wasabi was turning brown. All the cocktails were $18, and then had to add more money to add alcohol. Even then couldn't finish it, ordered an old fashioned with Japanese Whiskey. Pretty sure it came with Fireball. You order on an app and they ask fur the top up front, so no chance to send it back. Guy who brought the food was nice though."
"The noodle is still clumpy, not cooked! The broth is not hot, just enough warm, the taste is like an instant noodle, or maybe worse. The service is "too nice", he even throw the straws for my ginger beer, he talk nicely though."
