"Super rude and unprofessional. Hung up the phone on my face and told me not to call them back because I was asking for a lower price for a small scratch I needed fixed. They was charging me $2,500 for a small scratch on my back left side of my vehicle. Clem was the guy who picks up the calls and he is so unprofessional. I was super friendly and nice to all of them and they had my car for a whole week and didn’t even touch it. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!"

"I was in a car accident and contacted the Toyota dealership where I bought it from. They told me they can have the damage fixed but send it out to a 3rd party for repairs. My car was sent to Jersey City Auto Body to be repaired. I was very anxious as this was a brand new car, and the 1st I've ever purchased. I contacted Jersey City Auto Body several times and even went in-person to see the progress and discuss how the claim would be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement. Let me tell you, this is a very well run body shop. They are extremely professional, know how to work with insurance companies and adjusters, and their work is A+++++. My car was repaired perfectly. After I picked up my car, I noticed that a supplemental claim was not submitted by them. I emailed them, they responded quickly and submitted the claim. I'll be using this body shop in the future if I need any work done to my car. FYI: This is not the cheapest place, but there work is absolutely amazing."
