"Jersey City auto body did an excellent job fixing my car when I was rear ended. You can’t even tell that the bumper and trunk lid were replaced. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future if I need any more bodywork done."

"Super rude and unprofessional. Hung up the phone on my face and told me not to call them back because I was asking for a lower price for a small scratch I needed fixed. They was charging me $2,500 for a small scratch on my back left side of my vehicle. Clem was the guy who picks up the calls and he is so unprofessional. I was super friendly and nice to all of them and they had my car for a whole week and didn’t even touch it. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!"

"Thank God they allow us to continue to feed these poor animals, that people just abandon there. This cats didn't ask to live like this. Grateful that the people donate food so these precious babies don't go to bed hungry. Thank you"

"I was in a car accident and contacted the Toyota dealership where I bought it from. They told me they can have the damage fixed but send it out to a 3rd party for repairs. My car was sent to Jersey City Auto Body to be repaired. I was very anxious as this was a brand new car, and the 1st I've ever purchased. I contacted Jersey City Auto Body several times and even went in-person to see the progress and discuss how the claim would be submitted to the insurance company for reimbursement. Let me tell you, this is a very well run body shop. They are extremely professional, know how to work with insurance companies and adjusters, and their work is A+++++. My car was repaired perfectly. After I picked up my car, I noticed that a supplemental claim was not submitted by them. I emailed them, they responded quickly and submitted the claim. I'll be using this body shop in the future if I need any work done to my car. FYI: This is not the cheapest place, but there work is absolutely amazing."
