"I always loved this place. However today I had called and made an appointment for a gel manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. I had both he mani and pedi and then I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for my eyebrow wax. I just spent enough time and there is no reason why I should have to wait when I had my appointment. Very disappointing because they sometimes take on more then they can handle. I can’t say anything bad about the services they are very thorough, I’m just very disappointed in how they handled my appointment today."
