"I called him this morning to rent a carpet stripping machine I spoke to a gentleman and I asked him if it can fit in our truck or a van he said no that you have to get a small trailer since it’s heavy so I went and rented a U-Haul truck and rented a small trailer went there and he say it’s not available anymore so I’m out of the rental fee for U-Haul truck and west of the four hours of my time so just be careful when you guys call him and make sure you reserve it properly he did not tell me to give them his credit card anything else and we have done business with that company before but they’re letting the customer service is bad the person on counter did even bothered to offer any solution"
