"Very disappointed. I had purchased a coffee mug for $22 on Black Friday(11/26/21) to paint for my grandma's Christmas present. I had asked the woman at the desk if it would be safe to use acrylic paint on the outside of the mug since I was in a bit of a hurry and was hoping to paint it at home. She said that it would be completely fine, just that it would look "a little matte." I went home and painted the mug last week, and then tried washing it to make sure that it would be fine. The paint was ruined. I have attached a picture, keep in mind this is after only a two minute hand wash. I called the store back today (12/5/21) explaining what had happened, and asked if I could either have an exchange or refund and offered them a copy of my receipt. The woman on the phone denied that the lady I'd spoken to had told me that, stating that they never tell their customers such a thing. Because of that, she told me that they would not be able to do an exchange or refund. They did offer to put my mug in their oven, but since the mug is already ruined, I didn't see much use in that. I would be happy to reconsider my review if they were to give me an exchange, but for now I am extremely unsatisfied with the product as well as their customer service."
