"As the owner of an auto rental business I can assure you that it is a bad idea to leave your car here for repair after it is towed to this location. They are not reasonable. They will squeeze you for every dollar on storage. In fact, if your vehicle is totaled, they will charge $90 a day even if it comes off your settlement, without limit. So, as it was explained to me, if the car is there for 45 days as an insurance determination is made, they will seek to recover $4050. They will seek to recover this even if they are told the money will come off the insurance settlement. This is absolutely not customary. Suffice it to say I will not be returning here if I can avoid it."

"They start making excuses to charge you more. they invent that they needed too many men and too many tools. It's not even a mile and they want to charge you more than $500 dollars? an act of evil so if they tow your car be prepared for that and I know it's not the first time. they tow cars but they tell you that they hired someone else to tow the car for them (summit forge) don’t make sense.
