Reviews of Pirate Park
"We really love this park. The only things that it’s no public bathroom here. Not even around."
"It's a really nice park. You have swings, a playground for little toddlers, a sprinkler, a sand pit and a beach. I feel it could be kept cleaner. The sand by the beach has all sorts of garbage all over the sand. Otherwise it's a nice place to take your kids or go for a nice walk, bike ride or walk your dog!"
"It's a nice park. Visited about 6 years ago when the sprinklers were on and the sand area had a lot of water. I removed 2 stars because my kids ended up getting the Coxsackie virus following the visit. I dont recommend children play with sand, especially if it's damp (which is what my kids did) due to this virus and that animals, specifically cats, will use it as a litterbox. I visited the park today and it was a very nice experience. Unfortunately, there aren't any restrooms but the playground equipment, fenced-in areas, age appropriate separations for equipment, and scenic pathways to walk makeup for it, in my opinion."
"This is more a playground found within the confines of Seaside Wildlife Nature Park than a stand-alone park. It is very nice, favored by mothers and dads with younger children, it is a place the kids seem to enjoy, particularly the geese and ducks on the nearby beach. There are some centrally located benches for adults so they can sit while keeping an eye on the kids. Located in a nice neighborhood. Senior Olympians can be often seen playing croquet near a big shade tree inside the walking track of the nearby Seaside Wildlife Nature Park proper."
"Great place for the kids to run around. Also wonderful to picnic there."
