"Horrible store sale items never in rude cashiers manager unhelpful condone bad behavior dont know what their managing certainty not the employees their arrogant because there's no competition truly hate this store with a passion went to shop for my neighbor cashier was so rude and disrespectful to me when I complained to a manager he turned it back on me why the hell are you here no help what so ever find another place even if you have to travel truly worth it this place doesnt appreciate your buisness and absolutely no customer loyalty I have gone to other supermarkets. "I bought a rotisserie chicken almost every time I go there, but this time the chicken wasn’t cleaned properly and it was still raw. I called to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold for 20 minutes without anyone know what I was calling for. Called 3 more time after that and this time no one answered."
"I liked this location because they have an entire aisle dedicated to organic food, with a frozen section and all. I purchased items I had only been able to find at Whole Foods previously. I was looking for a certain kind of frozen vegetables mix and someone who was unloading goods into the freezers asked me if I needed help, and proceeded to find the item for me. The only thing I would say that was not as positive is that when you first walk in, the lighting is darker than what I am used to. This location easily has more goods than the Flatbush location, and that is my go-to supermarket."
"Pretty clean supermarket. Huge variety of different items from all over the world. Fancy of Asian, Latin, America, Caribbean, kosher, and European foods. Lots of varieties for baking, cooking, and cleaning. Prices are decent. You must download the app for coupons savings. There is ample parking."
