"This is a nice store and the employees are generally nice. I recently bought a few items for my holidays baskets as my friends and family love Trader Joe’s items. Had a few extra unopened items and the receipt so naturally went to return them as I didn’t need them and it is irresponsible to waste food. The cashier (Liz) was pretty rude and said this Trader Joe’s only returns items if customers don’t like the food. I thought this was weird as I’ve returned items to Trader Joe’s before without any hassle and they have a generous return policy. Other nearby grocery stores like Wegmans and Wholefoods also allow any return with a receipt. I’ve also written to corporate about this because I thought it was that odd. Good store but definitely could have better customer service."

"I always expect to find something new and delicious when I shop at Trader Joe. This time , along with the usual things I like, I found organic apples with a natural caramel taste! "Store was easy to find and easy to navigate through. They had all of the usual Trader Joe’s products with seasonal and new products highlighted on the end cap of the aisles and in other areas of the store. All shelves, refrigerators and freezers were fully stocked. Produce was fresh, meat was fresh and not too close to the expiration date, bread/cakes/baked items and gluten free items as well. The check out woman was friendly and helpful with bagging. Parking was plentiful as were shopping carts. I like this store very much and will be back!"
