"Ordinarily my experience with this store has been good, but they hired a young girl who has screwed me up twice. She tries to wait on 3 people at a time and inevitably it isn't good. She wants to be super fast. I returned 3 amazon packages, all going to the same exact place. 2 were fine but the third took several weeks and I couldn't track it. The last one was a return to a 3rd party from Amazon where I had to pay for my own. She waited on 2 other customers at the same time, and it's been a month and I don't know where it is, or my refund. She never asked for my phone number or email like the other stores do, and I didn't get any kind of receipt. Usually I do. I won't go back there."
