Reviews
"This playground is toddler & kid friendly, many parents and nannies frequent this playground which offers plenty of play space, features two play areas with slides, kiddie swings, a checker table area, a water sprinkler for those hot summer days and plenty of benches for parents to sit, enjoy the day while watching their kids play. Parks department staff does an outstanding job in the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the playground so bring your kids for a fun day at MacLaughlin playground."
"Nice little local park, but its better for the younger crowd. I would say up to 7-8 years old. There is a dedicated toddler section and a small separate monkey bar/climber/slide combo on an upper level. Two tot and two regular swings, sprinkler and a small play area, water fountain and a few benches, but no bathroom."
"Good times. Has water areas in the summer"
"For an inner city playground, this spot does its job. There are always young parents with kids ranging from newborn to 5 or 6 and sometimes a grand parent or two."
"This playground has all the essentials - a water sprinkler, swings, and two play structures to accommodate different ages. They do a lot with the space. It's pretty great. I only gave it three stars because it is not very clean. There is always trash strewn about and a couple times I actually came across dog poop in the dirt along on the edge of the mat by the medium sized slide. I wish the neighborhood would take better care of this vital resource for our kids."
