"Customer Service has completely gone out the window. I used to work at a UPS store similar to this store and I’m shocked at how rude some of the staff is. I personally know we are trained better than this. I walk in the store, I’m not acknowledged or greeted by the guy at the front. I said Hello with a smile and a friendly demeanor. No reply back. He was sticking labels onto something and I even commented “oh how nice and cold it is in here” with a smile on my face cuz it was 102 outside. Not that I was expecting the guy to put on a show or sit around and entertain me, but he still completely didn’t address me or greet me and continued putting stickers on stuff. Then he finally turned to me and mumbled “how can I help you” and made no eye contact with me. I still remained friendly and said “I’m just here to drop stuff off” and it was already labeled and ready to go. He just sat there and swiped it and then at the end he just said “want a receipt?” And then just shoved it towards me with no thank you, have a nice day, bye.. nothing. So at this point I’m just annoyed cuz I know how we are supposed to treat customers and I decided to say “thank you so much!!! You have a good night, BYE” and of course no response and I left there shaking my head, because why bother hiring people who clearly don’t like people and don’t like to even have basic manners and can’t greet customers or say anything. It’s just weird and rude. Work in the warehouse then if you don’t want to deal with people."

"Worst UPS Store on the planet. Staff is rude and lazy. They're basically an Amazon return center. I shipped a hard drive there that cost $90. It never shipped. It spent a week sitting there. They never contacted me to let me it was still there. I spent two hours on the phone with half a dozen UPS reps to figure out it was still there. When I went there, it was sitting next to register. It has been there for a week! It took me a month to get a partial refund. They did not give me all my money back!!! I just tried to ship something on the Saturday before Memorial Day Weekend. They refused to take it because it was a holiday. I'm done with this place. ZERO stars!!!! Avoid this place!!!!"

"FABULOUS service! Needed to return something to Amazon. I called the store to make sure I could use them and the gentleman on the phone was very nice and extremely helpful. He assured me it was no problem and even answered a few questions about the shipping container and the labels. I ran over after work (maybe 5:15pm). Very organized. The UPS driver was there and loaded my box on the truck while I stood there. Couldn't have asked for better service."

"Hi! I am mainly writing to help people avoid losing their packages and a stressful experience. I shipped two gifts that I had received on my birthday using UPS labels provided by Amazon. I was provided receipt for only one of them at the store saying the printer ran out of paper and I trusted that. The 2 tracking numbers never had an update for next two weeks. I called and left a voicemail for the store but no one called me back. Then I wrote an email furnishing all the tracking numbers and the receipt provided by them. Still, no reply back from the store. I was really mad and at the same time lost the trust that there will be any resolution. Instead, I decided to call Amazon and inform them about the experience. Amazon asked me about the product details and reimbursed me as a goodwill gesture. Am glad I didn't have to go back to this store."
