"UPS advertises notary service. I called ahead to see if a notary was on location and if I needed an appointment and they said no. I arrived and waited on line for 20 my. When I finally got to the counter the cashier said that he’s the notary as well and the only one there and I’ll have to wait until there are no customers in the store before he’ll help me. I explained that is unfair because I already waited on line. He said that is too bad - I have to wait until no more customers are in the store. I have my elderly father who is in poor health with me. This is such terrible customer service and false advertising!"
