"The place was amazing and the staff were very accommodating. I was a little late starting and the manager allowed me to stay a little which help a lot. I’ll be back soon."

"So I was "promised" what the party room package contains on their website and mostly everything was not fulfilled. The place was freezing and nothing was set up (10 round tables, 3 rectangle tables and chairs) the guy started putting the games together at 3:15 cutting into my rental time. There were only 4 lights working for the entire loft room. Worst rental I have ever rented. Shari was getting annoyed cause I had to keep calling cause it was cold and the man assisting kept disappearing. It was TOTALLY FALSE ADVERTISING. The remotes to the kiosks were not charged so the kids couldn't play until they were charged, couldn't connect to the internet to play games and I had to place the kiosks somewhere where they could be plugged into instead of the man assisting do it. The ball to the basketball hoops (so I only received one) was not inflated. The bowling set had five pins. NO board games were given. NO bouncy balls were given. Pizza was warm when it came two hours into the party. No ball for the soccer. It was just a horrible experience and money wasted. These people take your money and for that they're attentive...but the services they provide...is just horrible. Not worth the money AT ALL."
