"I do not normally write reviews I am much better with a brief however, I would be remiss if I did not write this review it is almost 3 years in the making so please oblige me. Sam at the UPS store located at 3171 US Highway 9 & Ticetown Road, Old Bridge NJ 08857. Let me start with four key acknowledgements that I admire most he is CREDIBLE well educated and experienced, TRUSTWORTHY extremely honest, DETAILED, he is thorough and meticulous in his work, CLIENT FOCUSED, someone who cares for his individual customers. I cannot think of any other UPS store that will give such exceptional service. Sam tells the customer what he can do for them rather than what he cannot do. A positive review with 5 stars rating and no feedback doesn't help anyone to have a clear understanding it is something you will have to experience yourself. My husband and I reside in Morganville New Jersey, and yes we will be customers as long as this store remains in business. The personal attention given to every customer while multitasking second to none. After reading my review it was listed as a four star I beg to differ nothing less than a 10 for me. Thank You."
