"Went to drop off some Amazon returns with 5 different codes and not only did Umesh move the line extremely quickly (3 people in front of me), he made the returns quick and very painless. It took less than 10 mins from when I stepped into the UPS store to when I left. Very efficient and very pleasant! Must say BEST interaction I've ever had with any UPS personnel before."

"The associates at this location are always super friendly and helpful, happily suggesting various options to save time and money. 90% of my trips are to drop off pre-paid packages, which are a breeze, but recently, I used their (very reasonably priced) notary services and walked out with a smile on my face once again. Definitely will go out of my way to use this specific store."

"Horrible experience at this UPS Store. I shipped my passport out for a travel visa. The clerk typed the wrong address and it never made it. It was returned back to the store and they lost it for over week at the store because "they were too busy" to look for it. Because I had to travel abroad and needed my passport, I had to take a day off of work and drive to Philly to get an expedited passport processed. It cost $600 for everything not including my lost pay. After I went through all that, I was told they found my returned package in their store after 2 weeks!!! I did not receive a penny back from them - not even a refund for my original shipping which they screwed up. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Drive to the other UPS Stores in the area to do your business or go to FedEx or even the post office"

"This is the worst drop off location I've ever done business with. Rude, unpleasant and unprofessional! I wouldn't give it 1 star but in order to write a review I had to select it! THE WORST. I went to drop off packages for return and they always have an issue/attitude. Most amazon packages don't require returns to be packaged or a printed label, just the code. Every time I go to make a return there's a PROBLEM with them accepting the return. They have even gone as far as suggested I BUY a box from them so they can make the return. They don't need to be in business with the service they provide!"
