Intially I went to walgreens/Staples/UPS, but the photo taken by them was underexposed, because of lack of Professional Studio Photography Lights. But this place has it. And best part is at 30% cheaper cost than walgreens/Staples/UPS."

"First of all. I would like to thank Mr. Kalpesh. He is very patient and professional person. This was my first visit. I called first only for Notary service as I was unable to get UPS or any other place appointment and then found out he even does a printout and when I reached there I was surprised to know he is also have Fed-ex shop. Here is my story. I need to urgently apply for Indian Passport renewal and was struggling with the documents. You know sometime its really confusing. I went there took printout of all the documents (by the way his charges are very nominal, less than UPS or Staples). Then took some to arrange the document paste my photo which I took from Walgreens (but guess what he has studio also for passport size photo and half the price of Walgreens if you take 4 photos). Then I pasted everything. I was getting confused which document I need to get notarize as it was last minute work. he gave free consultation and told me I just need to notrarize my DL, I-797 copy and Change of appearance form. Story doesn't end here. I went to my car and was going through a blog which I refered in the night for all the documents and blog tells that I should self attest my passport copies. Which I didn't :(. I went back and asked him if I have do that and he concurred. He allowed me to remove all the document from the packet and I singed and put it back and sealed the envelope. Again I realized I might not have singed one more document so I again requested to double check. He again allowed me to open the sealed envelop but thank God all the documents were in place. Now guess what. I reached home and realized I didn't right that I didn't mention on top of envelope that its for Tatkal passport (emergency). I called again and he was kind enough to write that on top of the envelop. I know I was messed up today but if I would have not found Postal Annex+ and Mr. Kalpesh I am sure my passport application would have been returned. I also saw him helping few other people who came there for background verification as they were not able to find correct appointment number etc. Since I messed up and gave him lot of trouble I offered to pay extra for his help or the extra envelops which I wasted and he politely refused to accept saying its his job and he cannot except additional charge for it. I have rarely see this. Thank you Mr. Kalpesh for all the help. If you are looking for Indian passport renewal service. That is one stop shop, Photo, printouts, Notary and Fed-ex prepaid service. I know its big review but just wanted to share my experience. By the way Notary is only $3 vs UPS which its site was saying between $10 to $25"

"I went to this place for a notary stamp. The man inside was very short, and rude with me. He denied providing me service BEFORE I could even tell him what I was there for. After he said no the first time, I asked him if he could give me a chance to explain what my documents were. I told him that I was a victim of identity theft, and that in order to clear my name, the company required me to return a police report, and and notarized affidavit. He denied me service, claiming he " didn't want to get involved"...I will never send anyone here!"
