"After our home catching fire we needed a place to stay, at the very last minute. Nice room. Much needed shower. Friendly staff. Well probably be staying here a few days."

"The room I had was a bit noisy sounded like pipes hammering at times. The elevator was out of order had to use the stairs. The breakfast the eggs were very rubbery. The pancake machine was out of order. The lady that was monitoring the breakfast area seemed like she didn't care when approached by several guests. Had to travel a good distance to find a restaurant. The only good thing it was close to where I was going."

"Horrible customer service. I would never stay here based on customer reviews read. I called on behalf of an employee due to a company emergency. . Corporate office assured me that someone would contact me within 48 hours. Never did. I called back myself and was promised a return call. That was last week, and still, no one has returned my call. More upscale chains value customers. Obviously, this chain does not. Very arrogant management. I would NOT recommend this facility as manager Patel was unwavering in an emergent situation. That is the problem with dealing with low budget establishment. It’s better to deal with a more upscale line."

"So we traveled here for a Celebration of life, it was last minute and this was the closest place. Check in was easy, room was clean. But when we went out to our rented truck Saturday morning it looks like someone used the bed of our truck for a garbage can. We reported it to the front desk and were told the district manager was not there on the weekend and they couldn't view the videos from the cameras and there was nothing she could do. So I guess you pay $250+ a night only to have to clean up this mess. Definitely not happy."

"We were not told half of the pool gets rented out for the entire day, for swimming lessons. They should advise guests of this. We had 2 TV channels and were told a technician would be out “this week” to fix it. Entire staff was rude and seemed to not want to be bothered with anything. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Would NOT recommend."
