"Does not offer services they promote such as eyelash extensions. Which is ok but the simple customer service Good Morning was a challenge. I walked in said Good Morning no good morning back! I asked if they provide a service before completing the sentence I was told No No No"

It was a pleasure to meet with the owner Eina, she is super friendly, helpful, and very professional. I have super short nails, and i do not like my nails to be long or colorful(this is why i have never been to a salon). She tried her best to do what i was asking for, and i loved the result! "Let’s be realistic, place has been on the decline as far as service goes the interior is beautiful it’s being redone and the owner is the sweetest woman ever, However I’ve never been so upset or unhappy with my nails before. I don’t pay $120.00 for nails and toes and tip to be unhappy with anything at all. Place is okay for pedicures and basic manicures but not acrylic tips. I feel rushed every time I’m there, I make an appointment and there’s always someone in the chair with whom I made my appointment for even if I’ve made the appointment weeks in advance very upset and disappointed I’ve used this salon for years, now I’ll just have to go an hour out of my way to a different salon if I want the job done right."
