"Staff is horrible…young Hispanic girl working didn’t even give me 1 minute to pull up my Amazon QR code before taking another customer….and then said well I’m going to have other customers wait just because of you… despite having two staff working…and the other guy had no customer…this is right around the corner from me and I’ll never do business here…"

The management seems non-existent. The employees seem not interested in providing customer service. Stay away and look for another UPS Store until this one gets its act together."
