"The young guy who works here is excellent. Always friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond. He is great at moving the line along quickly and making suggestions for packaging and shipping and pricing. The lady who owns the store is a different story. She has absolutely zero customer service bones in her body."

"The lady there is so rude and will give you the hardest time for any amazon return because she dislikes doing them. She even made comments we should pay $5 per item return plus packaging."

"It’s an unlucky day if you have the Indian lady UPS worker working there that day. She will tell you your crazy, your package which says it it was 100% delivered days ago is not there. You will come back twice after confirming with customer support that the package is there. She will tell you that she searched the whole store for days and just minutes ago checked and it wasn’t there. You need that package that very night and will lose your patience, go behind the counter, and see you packages sitting with your box number in open view. She will tell you: go get another UPS store box, don’t come to this UPS anymore, we don’t want you, that she’s tired, that she doesn’t want to be here, that it is your fault for not coming for the package the very hour it was delivered. That she has better. things to do. That there is something wrong with you for grabbing your own package that she lied twice about and refused to give to you. This lady is ruining your business. To the owner: get better staff, and by staff, I mean this woman. She makes people including myself stop purchasing a box here and purchasing at the UPS store in Ramsey which has MUCH BETTER customer service."

"I went to UPS store Saturday morning 9/23 and what horrible service. First I carried in a 40lbs printer packed in box, wasn’t easy. The tape did not hold on top of box. Female worker, stated box had to be taped. Obviously I couldn’t carry big heavy box back out so I saw a tape machine on their counter. I started using the tape to tape top of box and she stated “you can’t use our tape”. I was so annoyed that I picked up my box and put it back in my car , drove off to another UPS store in Ramsey. So much better and helpful service. They even lent me a hand cart to carry box in and taped my box for me. I would give Mahwah UPS store a zero if I could."
