"The store is okay I have to go there because it's the only one in the area. I find everything to be expensive I only go there if I absolutely need something from the store and I don't feel like going all the way down to kingsbridge Road otherwise. You know they don't have everything that I'm looking for it's pretty much a large Bodega that's all it is it's a large Bodega I wouldn't call it's a supermarket."
"The Sedgwick Market is outstanding & have remarkable prices I ❤️ that store."
"Good spot for quick runs. They close a little early, but it's very close to home. Unfortunately, I don't think much of their stuff is very fresh, as meats, produce and dairy tend to go bad very quickly when I get them. So for fresh items, I try to only go here for necessities that move quickly in my house."
"This business gets 3 stars for the convenience (even though they DO close super early), however the fresh produce goes bad pretty quickly and their alcohol selection is awful. This is usually a spot I come to for emergencies."
"Contaminated: Dirty Water (Krasdale) Pictures and video included The reason for writing this review is not so much about the contaminated water in a gallon but rather the negligence of the manager. When I returned the water, he stated, “that’s not my problem. It is a Krasdale’s product. I will let the company know. You must understand that you are buying a Krasdale’s product. It is bad water” To a degree, he is correct. But, informing the company it is just one step. As a manager, you must choose your words wisely. It is not what you say, but how you say it. And yes, you are 100% responsible for the quality of the products you are selling. Also, you should NEVER make a negative comment about a product of a company you sell their products. How could it be handled differently? Firstly, in my opinion, you must apologize to the customer for the inopportuneness. Even if you did not “create” the product, you are selling the product. Secondly, I would remove all the Krasdale’s water from the shelves. This is the most important step. At this point, you are responsible for selling water that could be in fact contaminated. Lastly(optional), you follow up with the customer about the resolution of the incident. This is the difference between a mediocre manager and an exceptional manger."
