"What a wonderful experience at The Princess Manor from start to finish! The reservation process was straight forward and easy--Nicole is super responsive to questions and changes. Jamie is the ultimate fairy godmother who does everything that is needed before you even know it's needed, and the rest of the team is so good with the children and all of the guests. Our 2 princesses are beyond amazing in their performances! The team's attention to detail cannot be ignored. Each area was meticulously curated to fit the theme/activity. Every corner is a photo-op! I appreciate the thoughtfulness of having a separate seating area and refreshments for parents. If you're nervous about being the hostess without actually hosting, you're in good hands. "I am so pleased to have booked Queen Elsa through Princess Manor. She arrived on time and ready to go! She was wonderful with the children and gave them each personal attention (which is not easy when they are all running to you at once). My daughter was in heaven when she had a chance to sing with Elsa, and even the parents were impressed with Queen Elsa’s talents. Overall, a wonderful visit. "We just had my daughters 3rd birthday party here this past weekend and it was seriously the cutest thing ever. The godmothers took them to get their nails done and their makeup and was so perfect! Elsa came and visited them and made the girls official princesses! She even surprised everyone when she started singing! It was amassing 10/10 recommend and will most definitely be doing this again with my 2nd daughter!"

"Absolutely perfect. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. We just had our daughters 6th Birthday party with a group of 8. The setup is perfect as their fairy Godmothers take the kids from activity to activity, while the adults can sit and take pictures and not have the hassle or worry of running a birthday party. A very special visit from Princess Elsa to make the birthday girl and her guests honorary princesses and princes. To top it off she sang "Let it go" and "Into the Unknown" absolutely nailed both songs. The kids were mesmerized, and even some of the adults. They offer many ways to customize the party down to so many details including time frame. Every person there really takes the time and attention to detail to make the gathering special."
