"I have bought overpriced avocados here for years because they tend to be good quality. Today I went in to buy 10 avocados and the little man working there scolded me not to touch them to find a good one…. Are you serious?! Telling me I was squishing them and raising his voice. I know how to test an avocado for ripeness without ruining it. Never going back. You need to control your staff … too bad you lost my business!"

"The morning man is extremely rude to customers and other staff. I worry he will become violent. I can't wait for the Parisian replacement to open."

"Sandwiches aren't great, everything is way overpriced compared to businesses around it (almost double for a lot of items) and the lady behind the counter wouldn't let me buy bagels for my family for the week (I have done so on multiple occasions) and then she complained about customers always buying their bagels that they use for sandwiches. What? The bagels are out with bags for people to buy. I have been a customer for years buying their overpriced food but I will never support this business again. Seriously one of the worst deli's on the upper west side, don't bother with this place."

"On June 15, 2022, I bought $60 worth of snacks for a picnic, to my embarrassment the food was all spoiled. 3 different boxes of mixed nuts, cheese, and parfait yogurt all went to the garbage. I called to tell them, they can't sell spoiled food like that, and the person replied he is just the cashier and has nothing to do with it. I feel sorry for the people that don't voice."
