"They wouldn’t accept my Amazon return in the box that it was sent in and stated I needed to repackage. Nowhere in the Amazon instructions was that stated and refused. Went to another location and was accepted with no problems and my wife called three other locations that all confirmed there shouldn’t be a problem."

"They have a young gentleman working there who doesn’t know how to work the computer and give pricing. It took him at least 10 minutes to give me a price. The information was already in the system, yet I’m not sure what took him so long. After getting the pricing I stepped out of the store and went back to have the box shipped. The price I was told first was $58. The second gentleman who assisted me told me the price is $69.35. I told him I was told previously by the young gentleman it was $58. They didn’t even bother apologizing for their mistake. I definitely don’t recommend this UPS store. Horrible customer service!"

"I have always gotten fine service at this UPS Store -- for over a decade. My packages have always been safe and secure and there when I go in for pick up. I've had major carriers drop insured, signature required packages on my front steps without attempting to ring my doorbell!! Sure, you read complaints online, but, most negatives are from people who expect free, free, free because they walked in the door. And, people are more likely to leave negative reviews than positive -- human nature. I've been in the store when people were rude. It's a business! Packing tape costs $, copy paper & machines cost $, rent costs $, utilities cost $, and time is $. Looking forward to a great relationship with new owners!! Great 1st impression, already. Will continue to support! Glad this location is so convenient in the Valley area of Wayne. Thank you!!"
