"Shopped here in December 2023. Many of the products I looked at were significantly past their expiration date, including a food product I purchased , which I only noticed later had expired roughly 3 months prior - could have possibly become a health risk had I not noticed it! Seems like it might be a good idea for the NYC health authorities to inspect this place."
"And just like that, I will never step foot in this place again. I frequent the area so I usually come here to buy small items and have never had an issue. Today I was watched and glared at by a gentleman who works there, while I picked up some groceries. As I went to checkout the woman up front stepped away. I looked for her because I needed assistance with checkout. When she didn’t return I tried to pay for the item to the best of MY knowledge. She “suddenly” reappears and shames me while readjusting the item on screen. As if I had a reason to steal or cheat the system. The prices are not clear and had she been at her post, there would be no issue. I’ve also seen people steal from this place before and have not been stopped or approached. Honestly, this place is not worth the hassle. It’s a knockoff whole foods with a fraction of the options. If you want to be followed and forced into overpaying then by all means shop here."
"The store it self is well stocked, the hot food bar, leaves a lot to be desired. The food is burned 8 out of 10 times and everything is supper salty. Not sure how its possible to burn a whole tray of French toast but the chef rose to the occasion. The bacon is always on point since i like it burnt."
"Suspicious hot bar but overall an incredible amount of variety in their products. There’s soup/sushi/salad/sandwiches for lunch and/or a quick coffee (hot, canned oatmilk, possibly iced) as well as fruit/deli meat/pantry items/ veggies for your office stash. If you work near here and happen to primarily reside at your job, you should try it."
"Great location, somewhat reasonable prices, employees keep everything stocked, line moves quick. There’re plenty of options to choose; from $0.99 bagels and bread to prepared meals: sushi, sandwiches, soups etc, or just go grab a snack."
