"Stopped in with an amazon return. Was told they would charge me as the box was not sealed like when shipped. Charge for 2 small pieces of tape? No thanks. I call that bad customer service. Will not be back."

"I often use this UPS store to do my returns, as it is close to my work. This morning, I went in with two boxes to return. I did not have packaging tape for one of my packages. Sam was so helpful and sweet. She sealed the box with tape for me, and was so quick, friendly and professional with her service. "I’m not sure how the owner of this place can allow the lady who is supposed to open it never show up in time to open at 8 AM when the stated hour on door and online says they open. I am there about 10 times a month right at 8 o’clock and never does someone show up to open the door until around 10 or 15 after if you’re lucky. Once you get in the place they’re very nice but pretty irresponsible to never open your store at the stated hours."
